Role Overview

B Roll Studios is hiring a Content Creator / Content Coordinator to keep its monthly content pipeline organized, on time, and aligned with quality expectations. The role centers on coordinating moving parts across the content team and making sure deliverables are completed smoothly for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of coordination between the Social Media Manager, Videographer/Filmmaker, Editor, and Graphic Designer.
• Track timelines and confirm that content is completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
• Support the planning of monthly content calendars and production schedules.
• Check material before publication to ensure it reflects the brand consistently and meets quality standards.
• Follow up with team members so assigned tasks move forward efficiently.
• Help structure content concepts, campaigns, and deliverables across several client accounts.
• Keep an eye on progress and flag possible delays or issues early enough to avoid delivery problems.

Requirements

• Good organizational ability and clear communication skills.
• Prior exposure to content creation, social media, marketing, or coordination/project support is an advantage.
• Comfort handling several projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality output.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and how content production flows from planning to publishing.

Working Schedule

• Workdays are Sunday through Thursday.
• Friday and Saturday are weekly days off.

Important Note

This position is centered on content coordination and management. The selected candidate will not be expected to shoot video, edit footage, create designs, or carry out technical production work.
