Content Analyst

Role Overview

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading technology media organization based in Singapore. The position focuses on content evaluation, annotation, and quality control work that supports AI model assessment and editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out annotation tasks by following established workflows and guidelines to support AI model evaluation while maintaining high editorial standards, accuracy, and scalability.
• Review, research, tag, and annotate licensed content, pre-buy material, and original content assets.
• Assist with quality assurance checks for title work completed by external vendors.
• Perform review and validation of content data to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Complete assigned projects efficiently and within required timelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience creating and refining prompts for AI systems.
• Strong command of English with excellent written and spoken communication, including grammar, style, and tone.
• Good analytical ability and attention to data quality issues, including spotting errors and recurring patterns.
• Ability to think critically while working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-driven approach with accountability, adaptability in uncertain situations, and the ability to handle several priorities under tight deadlines.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, large language models, and human-computer interaction, along with a willingness to keep learning and improving through new tools and methods.
