Construction Project Manager

Overview

O'Neill & Brennan Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of civil engineering projects in Frankfurt, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project delivery from the initial planning stages through to final completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise site personnel, external contractors, and all project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, local authorities, and utility companies.
• Maintain and manage all project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
• Uphold and enforce stringent health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate effectively across the design, procurement, and construction phases of projects.
• Drive the commercial success of projects in conjunction with Quantity Surveying teams.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field, equivalent to Level 8.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager capacity within the civil engineering sector.
• Demonstrate substantial experience with civil or utility infrastructure projects.
• Have a proven history of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Irish construction and utility regulations.
• Experience in managing diverse teams and subcontractors is essential.
