About the Role

In this overnight console role, you will help deliver excellent customer service while keeping the site clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times. The position moves quickly, so strong time management and the ability to handle several tasks at once are important. OTR is known for its food range and barista coffee offering, and you will contribute to maintaining that standard for every guest.

Key Duties

• Deliver a positive experience for every customer who visits the store.
• Keep the site neat, organised, fully stocked, and inviting.
• Work efficiently in a busy environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Support the promotion of products, specials, and store offerings.
• Contribute to a safe, smooth, and well-presented retail environment.

Candidate Profile

• You bring a strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
• You can work independently and also collaborate well with others.
• You are prepared for long periods on your feet and for moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You are available for flexible shifts, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• You are open to learning new products and actively promoting specials.
