Role Overview
The Compliance Analyst role is responsible for reviewing regulatory developments, supporting compliance initiatives, and working across teams to help the business remain aligned with applicable laws and standards. This is a full-time remote position in the United States, with preference for candidates located in EST or CST time zones. The role is entry to associate level and may involve up to 10% travel. Candidates must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will evaluate internal policies and procedures, track legal and regulatory updates, and assist with audits, investigations, and risk reviews. You will also answer compliance-related questions from internal stakeholders, share guidance where needed, and help prepare written updates and presentations on compliance status and improvement opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or an equivalent credential. Strong familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and products is expected, along with exposure to IT, software/code development, or task management. The position also calls for solid analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear written and verbal communication. You should be comfortable using relevant tools at an intermediate level, collaborating effectively with a team, handling sensitive information carefully, and working independently when needed. The ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvements is also important. A willingness to mentor junior colleagues and a proactive mindset for improving current practices are valued.
