About the role
We are hiring a careful and dependable Community Moderator to support a safe, respectful, and positive atmosphere across a gaming community.
Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur), Maharashtra, India
Key responsibilities
- Keep an eye on member activity and flag any breach of community rules.
- Spot harmful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct, record it clearly, and escalate it when needed.
- Pass serious cases to the internal team by following the prescribed moderation workflow.
- Help maintain consistent enforcement of community standards.
- Prepare regular updates and observations on user behaviour patterns.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Sound judgment and the ability to stay composed while dealing with sensitive situations.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Capability to work on your own while following moderation guidelines accurately.
- A strong sense of responsibility and close attention to detail.
- Prior exposure to moderation or community management is preferred.
Preferred skills
- Exposure to online gaming or digital communities.
- Understanding of community safety and compliance practices.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.
