The role follows a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, plus every other Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position also requires the flexibility to support all IVF Florida satellite locations as needed, and travel may be required for up to one week per month.

  • Lead educational initiatives across the practice and ensure they are delivered effectively.
  • Promote clinical awareness in non-clinical departments through planned initiatives and collaboration.
  • Track staff competency compliance and coordinate with local office supervisors to support consistent best practices.
  • Help maintain a safe, orderly workplace by following relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Follow infection-control standards, medical waste procedures, and chemical/hazardous material storage requirements to protect patients and employees.
  • Ensure equipment is used properly, in line with manufacturer instructions, and escalate malfunctions or issues when needed.
  • Participate in meetings as assigned and share concerns or updates appropriately.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve program goals.
  • Communicate directly with new medical assistants, patient care coordinators, and office supervisors.
  • Be available to travel as required, up to one week each month.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or allied health discipline is required.
  • Registered Nurse status is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience using proprietary practice systems such as ARTWorks, FERT, NextGen, and Phreesia.
  • Five years of fertility experience is strongly recommended.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Strong background in organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
