About The Role

Reachdesk is looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Client Success Associate to join our New York team. This entry-level, commercially focused role offers a clear trajectory for rapid advancement to a Client Success Manager position based on performance. It's an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in SaaS, client success, commercial account management, and solution-based selling. Initially, you will gain expertise in the Reachdesk platform, assist with client onboarding, and manage a select portfolio of new clients, guiding them through setup, training, and active utilization of Reachdesk for their gifting and merchandise programs. As you progress, you will transition to the commercial aspects of client success, learning to effectively sell gifting and branded merchandise solutions through expertise, creativity, and outcome-driven recommendations designed to increase client spend and achieve their objectives. Consistent achievement of targets can lead to a promotion to Client Success Manager, typically within six months, where you will manage a larger client portfolio, own client strategy, drive usage and revenue, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass quarterly spending and usage targets for your assigned client portfolio.
  • Cultivate relationships with key Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand their priorities, identify growth opportunities, determine budgets, and develop tailored gifting strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Create strategic roadmaps for clients that demonstrate the long-term financial value of your proposed initiatives.
  • Lead discussions on best practices in gifting, offering actionable recommendations to boost gift redemption rates, increase overall spend, and positively impact client outcomes and ROI.
  • Provide guidance to platform administrators and daily users on optimizing Reachdesk for specific initiatives and gifting campaigns, covering aspects like campaign automation, fund management, and platform adoption.
  • Proactively identify new applications, relevant company roles, and international markets for expansion within existing accounts.
  • Introduce new products, features, and capabilities to deliver enhanced value to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to utilize other Reachdesk offerings and collaborate with Account Managers to secure this additional business.
  • Act as the internal advocate for the customer, working cross-functionally to enhance the overall client experience.

About You

  • Recent college graduate or an individual early in their career with a strong interest in SaaS, Client Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a client-facing, sales, marketing, or technology role is advantageous.
  • Must reside in the New York Metro area and be available to commute to our Manhattan office for training, collaborative sessions, and team meetings.
  • Possess strong communication skills, comfortable building rapport, asking insightful questions, and developing influencing abilities with clients.
  • Demonstrate a highly proactive and organized approach, with a readiness to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.
  • Exhibit commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding how businesses drive usage, engagement, retention, and account growth.
  • Be adept at learning new technologies and clearly explaining complex concepts to diverse user groups.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.
  • Be motivated by a role with a defined career path and the potential for promotion to a Client Success Manager position.
