About the Role

Moris Media is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee accounts across celebrity, influencer, and entertainment segments. In this position, you will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring communication stays clear, projects move smoothly, and relationships remain strong.

This is a remote, full-time role with occasional travel for client meetings, celebrity interactions, events, media appearances, content shoots, brand tie-ups, and other business needs. Compensation is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, supporting campaign delivery, and helping grow accounts through strategic service and communication.

  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with assigned celebrities, influencers, public figures, and brand clients.
  • Act as the central contact for client communication and account-related discussions.
  • Understand each client’s goals and align services with their personal brand and business direction.
  • Keep clients updated regularly, collect feedback, and address concerns promptly.
  • Handle the daily coordination of assigned accounts and related deliverables.
  • Work with teams across PR, digital marketing, content, design, influencer marketing, and media relations.
  • Make sure projects are completed on time and in line with client expectations.
  • Track campaign progress and resolve issues proactively when needed.
  • Maintain organized records of account activity, requirements, and timelines.
  • Support the growth and positioning of celebrity and influencer personal brands.
  • Coordinate social media planning and related content activities with internal teams.
  • Ensure public-facing communication reflects the client’s image, values, and objectives.
  • Assist with collaborations, sponsorships, endorsements, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate interviews, media appearances, promotions, and public engagements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Monitor approvals, deliverables, content calendars, and campaign schedules.
  • Track performance and prepare reports for clients and management.
  • Ensure all commitments made to clients are delivered accurately and professionally.
  • Monitor public sentiment, digital presence, and media coverage for assigned clients.
  • Spot opportunities to improve visibility and audience engagement.
  • Support reputation management and strategic communication efforts when required.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and add more services.
  • Contribute to client retention through consistent service and relationship management.
  • Help build lasting partnerships within the entertainment and influencer ecosystem.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required.
  • Extra qualifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Management, Social Media Marketing, or Influencer Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, relationship management, public relations, talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment management, brand management, or social media account management is expected.
  • Prior exposure to celebrities, influencers, talent agencies, media organizations, entertainment brands, or public personalities is strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships are needed.
  • Comfortable engaging with celebrities, influencers, senior stakeholders, and public figures in a polished and professional manner.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of influencer marketing, social media, PR, and personal branding.
  • Capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities.
  • Must be able to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Additional Information

This is a full-time remote position. The role may involve occasional travel depending on client needs and business activities. Salary is negotiable.
