Job Description Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy, as well as common areas, office spaces, and model units within the property. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, working collaboratively with the maintenance staff.

About the Role

• Perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom sanitation in designated facility areas.
• Conduct and document routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Undertake heavy cleaning duties as required.
• Collaborate effectively with other staff members.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.

About You

• Previous experience in cleaning roles is required.
