Position Summary

As a Cleaner, you will be instrumental in ensuring a clean, safe, and professional atmosphere at our client locations. Reporting to the Area Manager and Operations Team, your primary role involves executing routine janitorial tasks while adhering to Clean Team's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, waste disposal, and sanitizing all surfaces, including restrooms.
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed within the allocated time.
• Manage cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly, maintaining them in good working order.
• Promptly report any maintenance needs, safety concerns, or low supply levels to management.
• Comply with all company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
• Verify that assigned facilities meet Clean Team's stringent quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously to fulfill daily duties.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled shifts.
• Undertake additional cleaning responsibilities as directed.

  Required Qualifications

  • Possess reliable transportation to reach assigned work sites.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening, if mandated.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and cleaning for the duration of the shift.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in all cleaning tasks.
  • Exhibit a dependable and proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions with minimal oversight.
  • While prior cleaning experience is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
