CI/CD and DevSecOps Engineer

Role Overview

This position is for a cloud and delivery engineering professional who can design, support, and improve automation pipelines across modern DevOps environments. The role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on cloud platforms, source control, infrastructure automation, and application security tooling.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Work with cloud environments including Azure, and where needed comparable platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Manage repositories and collaborate through version control systems such as GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Apply DevSecOps practices by integrating security scanners and code quality tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, Snyk, or equivalent solutions.
• Use infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or ARM templates to automate and standardize infrastructure provisioning.
• Troubleshoot pipeline, environment, and deployment issues in a fast-moving delivery setup.
• Support administration and operational tasks across Linux and Windows systems.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering and delivery teams in an agile working model.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong practical exposure to Azure or a similar cloud platform.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tooling and security checks within pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code approaches such as Terraform or ARM templates.
• Good analytical thinking and debugging ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively in an agile, high-pace environment.
