About the opportunity
Caregivers on the registry work as independent contractors. This setup allows you to accept assignments that fit your availability, decide on a schedule that matches your lifestyle, and receive pay aligned with current market rates. Compensation and scheduling
The suggested compensation, based on market research, is $18.00 per hour for hourly work and $180.00 per day for live-in arrangements. Independent contractors may negotiate pay depending on the level of care required. Caregivers can also select their own schedule and choose from assignments with upfront details about the client’s needs.

Opportunities are available in and around Chester County and Lancaster County, including but not limited to West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg, Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom, and nearby locations.
Requirements
Applicants should have at least 2 years of caregiving experience. Hourly caregivers must have a valid driver’s license, a dependable vehicle, and car insurance. Live-in caregivers need a State ID. All candidates must be able to provide a criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and proof of a TB test, chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test.
