Role Overview

This full-time Caller position is based in Lucknow and follows a hybrid working model, offering some work-from-home flexibility. The role is centered on connecting with prospective as well as current students and their guardians, sharing details about courses, addressing questions, and explaining the value of the programs. The person in this role will also manage follow-ups, coordinate counseling sessions or demos, keep call records updated, and work closely with academic and sales teams to support onboarding.

Key Duties

  • Reach out to prospective and existing students and guardians through outbound calls.
  • Respond to incoming queries and provide clear, courteous information about courses and services.
  • Track and update call details and student information in internal systems.
  • Follow up on leads and help schedule counseling sessions or demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with academic and sales teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain professional communication while working toward call and conversion goals.
  • Collect and pass on feedback from students and families to support service improvement.

Candidate Profile

The role calls for a person with strong speaking and listening abilities, a polite phone manner, and comfort using English along with local languages. Basic computer use is important, including familiarity with call tools, CRM systems or spreadsheets, and email or messaging apps. The candidate should be customer-oriented, able to manage objections tactfully, stay organized with call follow-ups, and maintain accurate records. A positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn the institute’s offerings and workflows are also important.

Eligibility

Applicants should have completed at least Higher Secondary (12th grade) or an equivalent qualification. A graduate degree is considered an added advantage. Prior exposure to telecalling, customer support, or education counseling is helpful, but not compulsory. The person must be able to work from Lucknow and should be open to a hybrid schedule.
