Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Jeddah is suited to a call center professional who can manage inbound and outbound communication with patients. The role centers on answering service and appointment questions, coordinating bookings, updating records in clinic systems, and routing calls or messages to the right medical or administrative contact. The successful candidate will handle concerns politely, follow approved scripts and procedures, and help maintain a consistent, discreet, and friendly experience for every caller.
Key Duties
In addition to day-to-day call handling, the role includes appointment confirmations, reminder calls, follow-ups, and light administrative support for clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on customer service or customer support experience in a call center, clinic, or similar client-facing setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional and courteous phone manners.
- Understanding of contact center workflows such as call handling, queue management, and working from scripts.
- Good computer skills, including the ability to use CRM or call handling tools, booking systems, and standard office software.
- Confidence in dealing with heavy call traffic while staying organized, calm, and detail-oriented.
- Good problem-solving ability and a considerate, empathetic approach when addressing patient concerns.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality is considered an advantage.
- High school qualification or an equivalent credential; customer service or call center training is preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site in Jeddah and adapt to clinic operating hours when required.
