About the Role

This position involves providing comprehensive personal service to VIPs and guests, including greeting them, managing luggage, shoe shining, making dining reservations, and running personal errands. The role requires a high level of discretion and organizational skill.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals, including formal silver service, and possess extensive knowledge of specialty foods.
• Hire, train, and supervise subordinate staff such as housekeepers, chauffeurs, and junior footmen in residential settings.
• Manage household budgets, track inventory of pantry and fine items, liaise with vendors, and coordinate regular maintenance.
• Anticipate guest preferences, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure a seamless hospitality experience from arrival to departure.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of formal dining etiquette, international protocol, and appropriate behavior when addressing VIPs or Royals.
• Maintain impeccable trustworthiness and commitment to absolute confidentiality regarding the employer’s private life and affairs.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex requests under tight time constraints.
• Utilize flawless verbal communication and listening skills to effectively coordinate with other departments, such as Kitchen and Housekeeping.
