About the role

Temu is hiring a driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate growth in Dublin. This position suits someone who enjoys building partnerships, shaping category strategy, and working closely with merchants to improve performance on a fast-growing platform.

What you will do

  • Build and expand productive local relationships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands, with a focus on selecting categories that strengthen overall value and meet customer and business priorities.
  • Support partners as they launch and scale on the platform by helping them shape plans for market positioning, product assortment, brand promotion, and day-to-day operations.
  • Bring forward new ideas based on the current state of each category, then turn those ideas into projects through resource coordination and merchant support.
  • Review industry trends and customer demand using data, then refine strategies based on the findings.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of operational experience, including exposure to brand management or platform operations.
  • Strong existing connections with local sellers and vendors are advantageous.
  • Comfort working with data to assess industry trends, manage projects, and draw clear conclusions.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities, think creatively about marketing, and guide merchant marketing plans.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, self-drive, strategic thinking, and the flexibility to adapt quickly.
  • Capability to stay effective under pressure and handle logistics during peak-demand periods.
