Role overview

This internship in Singapore supports business development efforts across Klook’s Cruise, Attractions, and Events & Entertainment lines. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, helping bring new travel products onto the platform, and supporting partner operations so that onboarding and ongoing collaboration run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Research potential business leads in the Cruise, Attractions, and Events & Entertainment categories, then help assess which opportunities should be prioritised.
  • Support the onboarding of new travel offerings, including cruises, car services, and event-related products on the platform.
  • Develop pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials for prospective partners.
  • Analyse market movements, competitor activity, and growth opportunities to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure partner onboarding is executed efficiently.
  • Help manage and nurture relationships with existing partners by responding to their needs and supporting mutual business growth.
  • Assist with merchant-related contract handling, invoice tracking, and administrative coordination.
  • Contribute to vertical-specific projects by helping with planning, execution, and post-project reporting or analysis.
  • Monitor partnership results and prepare reports and performance analysis.

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation, and a disciplined approach to prioritising work while improving the merchant experience.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude and comfort taking initiative when needed.
  • Basic familiarity with content management systems, data entry, and customer service will be an advantage.
  • Experience in a multicultural, cross-functional, or start-up environment is considered a plus.
