You will collaborate closely with clients and vendors to accurately grasp their hiring needs, and then coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of these requirements. Key responsibilities include driving new business development, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and clients. The position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions and successful closures.
