Role overview
Mnzil is expanding across Saudi Arabia and is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to help create new partnerships and unlock growth opportunities. In this role, you will contribute directly to the company’s commercial expansion by identifying prospects, developing relationships, and supporting revenue-focused initiatives across different markets.
What you will do
- Spot and pursue fresh business opportunities and partnership prospects
- Create and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and important stakeholders
- Carry out market research to uncover areas for growth
- Drive outreach activity and move leads through the sales funnel
- Develop proposals, presentations, and other commercial documents
- Work closely with internal teams to advance business initiatives
- Keep CRM data up to date and monitor business development activity
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar area
- Strong verbal and written communication, plus relationship-building ability
- A commercial approach with a clear eye for growth opportunities
- Solid organization, tracking, and follow-up habits
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup
- Prior use of CRM platforms is an advantage
- English fluency is required; Arabic is beneficial
