Role & Responsibilities

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the brand's digital and social media presence. This includes developing and executing monthly content calendars, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, and monitoring performance and engagement. The role involves conceptualizing and executing digital campaigns, identifying relevant cultural moments for brand participation, and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution. Additionally, the Brand Manager will manage content shoots, oversee content production from ideation to delivery, and coordinate with various agencies (creative, media, influencer, production, digital), ensuring quality control and efficient execution. Strategic responsibilities include identifying opportunities for brand communication improvement, staying abreast of luxury, fashion, jewellery, retail, and social media trends, and proposing innovative content formats and collaborations. Close collaboration with the E-commerce team is essential to align marketing campaigns with online product availability, promotions, and digital platform execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in brand management, social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with a preference for prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty, or premium/lifestyle brands. A strong understanding of digital platforms such as Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Pinterest, along with the adaptability to new tools and trends, is required. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, and various scheduling/publishing platforms is necessary. The candidate should have an excellent aesthetic sense, a grasp of luxury communication, strong project management and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, a proactive and organized nature, and a detail-oriented approach are crucial. The role requires comfort with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
