About the Role

Porter is hiring a Brand Manager who can turn business priorities into engaging brand stories across films, campaigns, digital content, and social channels. The role blends creativity, cultural awareness, and strong execution, and involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, agencies, creators, and production teams to support both brand building and business growth.

The position is suited to someone with 3 to 6 years of experience in brand, content, or campaign roles, with hands-on experience managing campaigns end to end, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and overseeing agency and production workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand campaigns from brief development through final execution by converting business needs and category insights into clear communication.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across brand films, digital storytelling, creators, and social platforms, while tracking performance against brand and business outcomes.
  • Direct the creation of brand films from concept to delivery, collaborating with agencies and production partners on scripts, shoots, and post-production.
  • Maintain high creative standards and ensure all assets stay aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Create digital-first assets tailored to different platforms.
  • Rework campaigns into native formats such as short-form video, social creatives, and performance assets.
  • Track social media trends and identify relevant pop culture opportunities to keep communication current.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, production partners, and external vendors.
  • Run clear briefing, review, and feedback cycles to keep work on time and on quality.
  • Ensure output consistency across all external partners.
  • Partner with business, product, growth, PR, and leadership teams to align brand work with broader company priorities.
  • Support brand decisions that strengthen both growth and market positioning.
  • Build campaign plans with practical execution timelines and clear milestones.
  • Work backward from deadlines to ensure timely delivery across multiple campaigns.
  • Manage several campaigns at once while maintaining strong ownership.
  • Handle vendor onboarding, contracts, statements of work, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams on budgets, invoices, and payments.
  • Follow internal processes for all third-party engagements and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or campaign management.
  • Background in a consumer internet or fast-growing business environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to combine creative thinking with strong execution.
  • Experience managing agencies, production work, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort handling multiple campaigns and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Interest in pop culture, social media, and digital trends.
  • Strong ownership, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build brand narratives while also driving on-ground execution.
