Role overview
Aircall is hiring a Brand Designer to shape and refresh its visual identity and marketing materials. The role calls for strong Figma expertise, experience with AI-supported design workflows, and a solid grasp of design systems. You will help build automated design processes that improve speed, consistency, and quality across brand touchpoints.
What you will do
- Create polished marketing and brand assets for campaigns, web pages, presentations, and print materials while keeping the brand look and feel consistent.
- Use AI-enabled tools such as Claude and Midjourney to explore ideas quickly, prototype concepts, and support content or design generation.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, including reusable components and style documentation.
- Set up automation for design-related work such as asset creation, localization, and content updates using scripts or Figma plugins.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering partners to turn business goals into effective visual solutions.
- Continuously improve design workflows and tools, and help champion practical, innovative ways of working.
What the role requires
- At least 2 years of experience in brand design or marketing design.
- Strong command of Figma, including advanced features and plugin development.
- Hands-on experience using AI-based design tools and workflows.
- Good understanding of design system principles and how to apply them.
- An active GitHub profile with work related to design automation, scripting, or AI use in design.
- Portfolio that shows strong visual design ability and creative problem-solving.
- Preferred experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.
- Preferred familiarity with prompt engineering for AI models such as Claude.
- Preferred experience working in a fast-moving, agile environment.
Compensation and benefits
The salary for this role is between 80,000 and 130,000 USD per year.
