TripAdvisor is looking for an experienced International Benefits Analyst to support the day-to-day management of various issues creatively.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Global Benefits team to administer the company's benefits and Leave program, focusing on plan options, policy features, enrollment, and other requirements. Previous professional experience is necessary.
This role involves addressing problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires evaluating identifiable factors.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with internal and external providers and systems for all international benefits.
- Manage sickness and leave of absence requests, inquiries, and processing for Tripadvisor employees.
- Assist with international benefit renewals and open enrollments.
- Conduct global policy reviews and benchmarking.
- Support international pension governance requirements.
- Maintain benefit content on Passport/Service Now, conduct benefit orientations, and create/distribute international employee communications.
- Track and maintain benefit statistics.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners and Staffing on business-related requests.
- Handle daily benefits processing, including insurance forms, reconciliation, audits, meal vouchers, voluntary benefits, and statutory requirements like eye care vouchers, bike-to-work schemes, and kiddie vouchers.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Provide support for new initiatives implemented by Global Benefits.
Skills & Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Possess 5 to 8 years of experience in international benefits administration.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HRIS systems; Workday and Service Now experience is advantageous.
- Show a proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making in daily tasks.
- Exhibit a global-first mindset and the capacity to operate effectively within it.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities.
- Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
- Be capable of working independently and managing priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate strategic initiative by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Understand business strategies and culture to drive results.
- Be able to execute tasks beyond the immediate function and provide analysis and advice on non-routine, project-related matters.
