About The Role

As a Bartender at The Social Hub, you will be the vibrant center of the bar, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. You will expertly prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative mocktails, always with precision and a welcoming demeanor. Beyond mixing drinks, you will contribute to the overall guest experience by supporting the floor staff and maintaining a warm, engaging atmosphere. You will be part of an international and dedicated Food & Beverage team that values collaboration and excellence in service. What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from expertly crafted cocktails to quality non-alcoholic options, with consistency and flair.
• Deliver warm, engaging service that makes every guest feel at home and every moment memorable.
• Assist with food service and other restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of TSH offerings, including menus and upcoming events, to assist guests effectively.
• Professionally manage guest feedback, aiming to resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the bar area is consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to all safety and compliance standards.
• Support the setup and service for events, contributing to the success of gatherings held at TSH venues.
• Share expertise and provide guidance to colleagues to maintain high standards in beverage preparation and service.

What You'll Have

• 1-2 years of prior experience in bartending or a related hospitality role is preferred, though a strong passion and positive attitude are highly valued.
• A genuine enthusiasm for beverages, including mixology, mocktails, and precise pouring techniques.
• Excellent communication abilities and a natural talent for interacting with guests in a customer-facing capacity.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing time effectively, particularly in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• A professional presentation and work ethic, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
• Adaptability and flexibility regarding work shifts.
