Job description
Role Overview
The Luxury Collection is looking for a Bartender to join the food and beverage team at its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia location. This is a full-time, non-management position that is based on-site. The role centers on preparing and serving beverages to guests while keeping the bar area organized, clean, and ready for service.
What You’ll Do
- Mix and serve drinks according to the set recipes and measuring standards.
- Open, pour, and serve wine and champagne bottles for guests.
- Keep the bar, bar equipment, tables, and service tools clean and in good condition.
- Prepare fresh drink garnishes and keep ice, glassware, and paper supplies stocked.
- Move supplies to the bar setup area and maintain readiness for service.
- Wash used glassware and clear used items from the bar and tables to the proper area.
- Monitor inventory needs and communicate replenishment requirements in advance.
- Handle guest payments and process all accepted payment methods.
- Count the cash bank at the end of the shift, complete cashier reports, investigate discrepancies, and secure deposits and receipts.
- Protect and secure alcohol, beverages, coolers, cabinets, and storage spaces.
- Carry out end-of-shift closing duties.

- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to a manager immediately.
- Complete required safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Protect confidential information and company property.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.

- Read and verify information in different formats, including small print.
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for long periods or an entire shift.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 pounds without help.
- Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to handle objects of different sizes and weights.
- Work in narrow, confined, or elevated areas and move over uneven, sloping, or slippery surfaces.
- Climb stairs or service ramps and bend, twist, pull, stoop, and reach above the head or below the knees.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant work experience. No supervisory experience is needed, and no license or certification is required.
