Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Dubai. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and supporting guests with a positive and professional demeanor. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and maintaining stock levels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and beverage customization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members
• Experience in customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive atmosphere
• Knowledge of food preparation and an understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
