Role overview
Woolworths Group is looking for a Baker to join the Lutwyche bakery team in Queensland. This is an early-shift, on-site role where you will help produce fresh baked goods for the local community while working alongside a supportive and professional team.
The shift pattern provided is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, with working hours from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

What you'll need to bring
- A recognised baking qualification or an equivalent background in the industry.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume or fast-moving bakery setting.

- Maintain strong food safety and hygiene standards across the bakery and keep work areas clean, structured, and ready for inspection.

- Work effectively in a physically demanding, high-pressure setting and manage tight production deadlines with confidence.
