About the Role
As a baker, you’ll play a key part in producing fresh, high-quality bakery items that delight customers every day. The bakery environment is busy and energetic, with a strong focus on teamwork, knowledge sharing, and helping team members build their skills and confidence for future growth.
Work Schedule
This role follows a roster from Sunday to Thursday, with shifts running from 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
What You’ll Need
You should hold a formal baking qualification and have relevant hands-on work experience.

- Deliver a customer-first experience by living the Everyday ACTs approach: Acknowledge, Care and Thank.
- Keep the bakery area clean, safe and aligned with proper food-handling standards.

- Support the bakery team with care and genuine interest, including helping lead where needed.

- Use your passion and technical skill to produce baked goods of a consistently high standard.
