This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work independently on software testing projects, ensuring completion of assignments within designated deadlines. You will be responsible for executing pre-developed automated test scripts to assess software functionality and performance thoroughly. Collaboration with development and project management teams is essential to fully understand project requirements and provide extensive test coverage across different scenarios. Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and results will be critical for accurate tracking and reporting. Troubleshooting and debugging failed tests to discover root issues and communicating findings to developers is part of your daily duties. Conducting regression testing to verify updates or changes don't adversely affect existing features is necessary. At times, software testing at client sites may be required to verify real-world applicability. Staying informed about the latest software testing and automation tools and methodologies is encouraged to enhance testing processes.
