Key Duties

  • Direct the day-to-day progress of audit assignments and ensure engagements stay on track.
  • Keep current with regulatory, statutory, and compliance requirements.

  • Work with internal teams to provide strong client service.

Candidate Profile

You should bring audit management experience, confidence in handling senior stakeholders, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced professional services environment. The role calls for technical strength, clear communication, and a commitment to excellent client service.

Experience and Technical Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Audit Manager capacity.
  • Prior work in a Big 4 audit setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and statutory reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective client relationships.
  • Experience guiding, coaching, and managing junior staff and audit teams.
  • Strong presentation ability and comfort communicating with senior stakeholders.
