- Track timelines and coordinate with stakeholders so messaging is accurate and delivered on schedule.
- Publish and manage content across internal platforms such as The Block, Slack, and email while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Gather input from cross-functional partners and turn it into organized, polished drafts.
- Spot communication gaps, risks, or opportunities and suggest practical solutions.
- Help prepare for major company-wide communication events, including All Hands and large announcements, along with related materials and logistics.
- Support content revisions, version tracking, and quality checks for sensitive communications.
What success in this role looks like
- You help clarify complicated topics through strong internal messaging.
- You keep communications accurate, timely, organized, and well-coordinated across teams and channels.
- You can juggle several projects at once, often with changing inputs and tight deadlines.
- You work closely with partners across the business to gather information and move communications forward.
- You grow your skills in corporate, executive, and change communications with support from senior teammates.
- You are able to take increasing ownership and make sound decisions within defined scope.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar field.
- Comfort working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments and across global time zones.
- Strong writing and editing ability, with a talent for turning rough input into clear, concise messaging.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to organize complex information into structured materials.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Good judgment and a careful approach to sensitive information.
- A collaborative, responsive, and proactive working style.
- The ability to own projects or workstreams independently with limited direction.
