The position focuses on expanding the business, strengthening market share, and helping Myntra become a preferred destination for Kids fashion for both customers and brand partners.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role involves working with internal teams and brand partners to support business growth, category performance, and operational execution.Build seasonal buy plans and assortment plans using previous performance, growth goals, and revenue targets so the category remains well represented.Track inventory closely, plan inward quantities based on days-on-hand targets, and ensure timely return-to-vendor actions when needed.Evaluate style-level results using measures such as ROS, sell-through, RPI, and RGM.Plan category visibility initiatives such as brand banners and raise banner requests within the required timelines.Spot assortment gaps and help introduce or onboard new brands and categories where needed.Handle pricing discussions and demand-driving actions, including follow-ups with brands for timely discounting and alignment of pricing with planned gross margin.Support demand shaping across the full portfolio in coordination with relevant teams.Act as the main link between brands and internal stakeholders for smooth communication.Manage merchandising operations, inbound planning, cataloguing, and discount monitoring with confidence and accuracy.RequirementsA bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution is required; a fashion-related qualification is preferred.Previous experience in key accounts or sales is mandatory.At least 2 years of experience is expected, with the ability to independently manage a segment of a larger portfolio.Strong analytical ability is needed for data review and forecasting.The candidate should be a critical thinker with sound judgment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.Advanced MS Excel skills are a must.About the Work EnvironmentThe team is described as young, dynamic, collaborative, and merit-driven.
