Role overview
This role is for an Associate, Capstones who will work alongside student founders as they progress from early ideas to live ventures. The position is centered on keeping teams structured, accountable, and moving steadily through the venture-building process.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and support student entrepreneurs at each stage of their startup journey.
- Arrange mentor sessions, review cycles, and other important checkpoints.
- Monitor task completion, submissions, and progress against agreed timelines.
- Address operational issues and respond to student questions as they arise.
- Keep records, trackers, and program documentation up to date.
What the team is looking for
- 0 to 3 years of experience in operations, student support, startups, or program coordination.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong organizational habits.
- A sense of ownership and careful attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in entrepreneurship and building ventures.
Organization context
Masters’ Union is a new-age, industry-led university established in 2020 with a focus on business, technology, engineering, and entrepreneurship. Its learning model emphasizes practical work, startup creation, and global exposure. The institution has around 3,500 students across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programs, and nearly half of them are experienced professionals.
