What the role involves

You will partner with a varied client portfolio, delivering advanced business and financial guidance while also taking responsibility for leading and developing a capable team. Core responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality advice on business matters, structuring, and financial decisions
  • Take ownership of client assignments and maintain strong, trusted client partnerships
  • Diagnose client issues and develop practical, tailored responses
  • Check and review work to maintain accuracy and technical standards
  • Keep up to date with changes in the industry and regulatory environment
  • Guide, coach, and support team members in their development

What they are looking for

  • At least 8 years of Business Advisory experience within a New Zealand CA firm
  • CA qualification, or an equivalent credential, plus a relevant degree
  • Strong commercial judgement and proven leadership ability
  • A confident, proactive, and client-oriented approach
  • Strong motivation to advance toward partnership
