Role overview
Pandora is seeking a proactive, organised and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and help drive a high-performing retail team. This position is based in Cork, County Cork, Ireland and is a permanent full-time role of 39 hours per week.
The salary range for this role is €38,000 to €43,200 per year (full-time equivalent). The package also includes a monthly bonus scheme of 10% to 20%, a generous jewellery uniform allowance, employee discount, and additional benefits.
The position requires availability across Mondays through Sundays.

Key responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Store Manager in running the store, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer experience and strong commercial results. You will also take responsibility for the store’s smooth trading and day-to-day operation when the Store Manager is not present.
Commercial performance
- Use sales results, KPI trends and customer feedback to guide commercial decisions and improve store performance.
- Help plan and deliver business actions that support sales and target achievement.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards and product presentation in line with brand expectations.
Leadership and team development
- Contribute to building an inclusive, motivated and high-performing team.
- Provide clear communication, constructive feedback and regular development support.
- Lead by example and reinforce the brand values of Dream, Dare, Care and Deliver.
Customer experience
- Represent the brand confidently on the shop floor with strong product knowledge and storytelling ability.
- Guide the team to create personalised, memorable customer interactions through the selling approach.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset.
Store operations
- Support rotas, stock control, till operations, security, health and safety, and compliance activities.
- Plan staffing levels based on business demand and seasonal patterns.
- Maintain excellent shop floor standards and efficient stock management.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is a confident leader who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment and brings strong people skills, commercial judgement and a positive attitude. Previous experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer products retail is preferred. Senior supervisors or current assistant managers seeking a new challenge are encouraged to apply.

Working pattern
This is a permanent role for 39 hours per week, with working days covering Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
