The opportunity
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be expected to lead by example and act as a visible standard-setter for the team. The role is commercially driven, with a strong focus on outperforming targets, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining high standards across sales and store presentation. You’ll also play a key role in driving ideas, solving problems with your team, and helping create a positive, energetic environment in store.
