Job description
Role overview
This position supports food and beverage service by helping create a smooth, memorable guest experience. The role is focused on assisting the team so service runs efficiently from table setup to cleanup, while keeping standards of quality, safety, and professionalism high.
What you will do
- Prepare and set tables for service.
- Support kitchen and service operations as needed.
- Clear and clean service and work areas.
- Restock supplies to keep operations moving without interruption.
- Help make each guest interaction feel polished and part of the overall experience.
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned.
Working expectations
The job requires being active throughout the shift, with frequent standing, walking, and moving across surfaces that may be sloped, uneven, or slippery. The role also involves reading and checking menu information carefully, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Objects may weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. No previous supervisory background is needed. Prior experience is not required, though background in food and beverage service is considered an advantage. No license or certification is needed.
