Role Overview

ASK Italian is hiring an Assistant Manager, also referred to as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Assistant Hospitality Manager, for its Milton Keynes location. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexible working options available.

Pay and Benefits

The starting annual pay is £35,311, with benefits included. The base pay starts at £31,811 per year, plus an average tronc amount of £1.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading the restaurant and keeping operations running smoothly.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent food, service and standards.
• Help drive sales while maintaining a welcoming and high-quality guest experience.
• Work closely with the team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain attention to detail across service, standards and team development.
• Ensure customers and team members feel comfortable, respected and well looked after.
• Model collaborative, empathetic and professional behaviour in day-to-day operations.
