Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Ajman is for an Assistant who will help keep daily operations running smoothly. The job may involve supporting food preparation, arranging and replenishing supplies, keeping work areas tidy, and assisting with basic packing or service duties whenever needed.
The role also includes following set procedures to protect food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, as well as completing simple checklists or routine records accurately. You will work with supervisors and colleagues to manage priorities, handle operational needs, and contribute to an efficient, cooperative workplace. The work is hands-on and may require standing for long periods while following health and safety rules.
Qualifications
- Must be able to take direction well and complete routine work with care and accuracy.
- Should have a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene, along with a basic understanding of food safety; training may be provided.
- Needs to be dependable, punctual, and available for full-time on-site work in Ajman, including busy and peak periods.
- Should communicate well and work comfortably as part of a diverse team.
- Must be physically able to stand for long durations, carry light to moderate loads, and keep pace in a fast-moving setting.
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is important.
- Basic reading, writing, and number skills are needed to understand labels, use checklists, and complete simple documentation.
