Assembly (Packout)

About the Role

Hyve Solutions is seeking a full-time Assembly (Packout) team member to support server production activities in Singapore. The role focuses on hands-on assembly work, maintaining an efficient production flow, and keeping the work area organized and compliant with workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Put together chassis and hard drives as part of the assembly process.
• Build server racks and cabinets.
• Carry out server assembly duties on the production line.
• Handle unpacking, packaging, rack build activities, and other related packout tasks as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and aligned with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Be available to work shifts, as shift work is mandatory.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be physically fit and in good health.
• Education should be at least technical school, vocational school, or high school diploma level, or higher.
• Comfortable using screwdrivers and other assembly tools.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work at heights and on ladders.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Must be capable of lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
• English must be used as the working language.
