Role Overview
Club Feast is seeking an energetic Appointment Setter / Business Development Representative to support outbound prospecting, cold calling, and meeting scheduling for its sales team. The company is a fast-growing startup focused on reshaping food delivery while backing local and minority-owned restaurants. This position is centered on creating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential partners, introducing the service, and securing qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects across multiple industries by phone to introduce Club Feast.
- Arrange qualified demos and meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Build pipeline through outbound efforts using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Adapt messaging and outreach approach based on each prospect’s industry and needs.
- Record calls, outreach, and lead details accurately in HubSpot.
- Take advantage of coaching and mentorship to progress toward a closing sales role.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
- A track record of booking meetings and consistently meeting activity goals.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and dependable while working remotely during US hours.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Preferred Background
- Experience in food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS is an advantage.
- Exposure to sales dialers, outreach tools, or high-volume calling workflows is preferred.
