Job description
Summary of the Role
The Applicator role is designed to support the Sales and Marketing teams by creating paint system samples and fulfilling application requests. This position will also be involved in training sessions on application techniques and assisting with dealer shop decorations. The role is based in Jeddah and reports to the Retail Technical Support Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill specific application and sample requests promptly and support the Technical Service Manager in conducting application training.
- Manage inventory levels of application materials and ensure application workshops are maintained in optimal and safe conditions.
- Conduct on-site and off-site demonstrations and applications as scheduled, and provide support to the marketing and sales departments during special promotional activities.
- Address requests from the Technical Service Manager concerning technical service calls or issues, including visiting sites and projects to demonstrate specialized paint application techniques.
- Coordinate with technical service staff to restock demonstration and application consumables, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and Jotun standards by utilizing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all tasks to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant field experience in paint applications.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
