The Opportunity

The Learning and Development Analyst will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of the learning management system. This position involves organizing learning initiatives, publishing courses, managing user access, resolving learner issues, generating reports, ensuring data integrity, assessing training effectiveness, and optimizing processes to enhance the learner experience. Additionally, the analyst will provide essential operational and administrative support to the broader Talent Learning & Development team, with opportunities for skill development in program support and facilitation.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of leadership development programs and training activities, including managing schedules, communications, tracking progress, and logistical arrangements.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Learning Management System, which includes managing course content, monitoring learner progress, creating reports, and addressing user-related problems.
  • Monitor and analyze learning data, such as completion rates, feedback scores, and assessment results, to identify key trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Produce regular reports detailing the effectiveness of training programs and participation levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address learning requirements and support the rollout of new programs.
  • Maintain and update existing learning materials to ensure they are accurate, clear, and consistent with current procedures and brand guidelines.
  • Offer administrative and operational assistance to the L&D team as required.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possession of 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, training coordination, or a comparable field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing a Learning Management System or a similar platform.
  • Familiarity with Workday is considered an advantage.
  • A fundamental understanding of adult learning principles is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities, with the ability to accurately manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and attend to details.
  • General knowledge of human resources practices, functions, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Pay Transparency

The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $81,000. Performance-based annual cash bonuses and equity awards are also available. The final compensation will depend on factors such as skill level, experience, and education.
