About the Internship
Join Renan as a Bengali-speaking intern passionate about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and eager to contribute to the advancement of next-generation AI systems. This internship will immerse you in AI data projects within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) sector, where you will engage in creating conversational datasets, transcribing audio, and assessing AI model responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct conversational datasets based on authentic BFSI scenarios, including agent-customer dialogues and customer service situations.
- Engage in Bengali language role-play conversations with peers and AI systems to generate natural and genuine dialogue data.
- Accurately record, transcribe, and audit conversations to ensure transcripts precisely mirror spoken content.
- Produce and annotate high-quality Bengali dialogues addressing topics like bank accounts, loans, digital payments (UPI), insurance, cards, transactions, fraud, and customer support.
- Evaluate AI systems’ outputs for correctness, relevance, completeness, logical reasoning, and conformity to context.
- Detect and correct mistakes in AI-generated content and transcriptions.
- Adhere strictly to project protocols for data collection, annotation, quality assurance, and transcription processes.
- Provide constructive feedback to the project team to enhance data quality and reliability.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy when working with Bengali language materials and BFSI content.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available to undertake this internship remotely.
- Ability to commence the internship any time between September 15, 2026, and October 20, 2026.
- Availability for the entire one-month internship period.
- Possession of relevant skills and genuine interest in the field.

Additional Information
Applicants do not need prior BFSI industry experience; however, a fundamental understanding of banking, finance, insurance, payments, and related terminology, alongside a natural command of Bengali, is necessary.
