About the Role
Elevate Partners is looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrator to join their dynamic lettings team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position, covering maternity leave, with the potential for a permanent role for an outstanding candidate. The successful applicant will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of the lettings department, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy, organization, and customer service in all dealings with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Offer extensive administrative assistance to the lettings team, encompassing document creation and meticulous record-keeping.
- Manage and schedule appointments, property viewings, inspections, and general office calendars.
- Uphold precise records for tenants, landlords, and properties within internal systems and databases.
- Serve as the main point of contact, adeptly handling inquiries and delivering superior customer service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support capacity is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy in all work.
