ILMG Ltd. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day sales operations and keep office records organized and accurate. This position involves coordinating administrative tasks, working with customer information, and helping ensure smooth internal processes.
Key duties
- Support the sales team with routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Keep customer records and databases up to date and accurate.
- Prepare reports and work with data in Microsoft Excel.
- Manage documentation, file organization, and correspondence.
- Support loan processing and assist with client onboarding.
- Enter data promptly and with a high level of accuracy.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this role.
- Clear communication and strong organizational ability are needed.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work on your own and complete work within deadlines is important.
- Prior experience in administration will be considered an advantage.
