Position details

Responsibilities
- Keep calendars organized, set up meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Draft, revise, and format correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Maintain filing structures, records, and office supply inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, reply to emails, and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Support event coordination, travel booking, and expense submission tasks.
- Assist with internal communications and take on general office assignments as needed.
Required experience and skills
- Background in administrative support or office coordination.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and standard office tools.
- Strong planning, organization, and detail-checking abilities.
- Comfort with task prioritization and handling sensitive information discreetly.
- Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills.
