About the Role

A prestigious global investment firm located in Midtown East is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support multiple executives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage intricate executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executives, managing correspondence and prioritizing tasks.
  • Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Track expenditures and prepare detailed expense reports.
  • Compile and distribute essential meeting materials and other documentation.
  • Provide assistance on various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple executives.
  • Prior experience within the finance or professional services industry is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
