What the role involves

  • Oversee routine accounting tasks and keep financial records organized and accurate.
  • Prepare and support financial reporting requirements.
  • Handle taxation-related work, including GST and TDS.
  • Carry out bank reconciliations and resolve mismatches promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date accounting documentation and statutory records.
  • Use accounting systems such as Tally or ERP tools for daily operations.
  • Support reporting work, including lookups, pivot tables, and related analysis.

Required qualifications and experience

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Practical experience with Tally or ERP-based accounting systems.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation processes.
  • Background in financial record management and reporting.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, or service businesses is preferred.
  • B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter qualification preferred.
